3/10/11- NEW 2011 SYRUP IS HERE

2/10/11- We have begun tapping, thus beginning the 2011 season.  The next time the temperature warms we should produce the first syrup of 2011!!!!

9/27/10- You can now find quarts of our VT maple syrup at Champlain Farms Convenience Stores around the state 

8/2010- Amber Ridge Maple orders new evaporator to decrease fuel oil consumption and greenhouse gas emissions

5/2010- Amber Ridge Maple receives Organic Certification from Vermont Organic Farmers Association

1/2010 - Amber Ridge Maple buys 66 acres of forest land with about 4,000 maple trees ready to be tapped in 2011. 

9/2009- Amber Ridge Maple wins two 1st place awards for its Fancy and Medium Amber syrup at 2009 Champlain Valley Fair!!!
